Truleo is seeking a Business Operations Manager to lead the operations, finance and talent of our organization. You are trustworthy, diligent and approachable. You want an opportunity to take on new responsibilities across business functions at a rapidly growing startup.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with leaders across the company to set strategic priorities and actionable plans, measure progress against objectives, and evaluate results and ROIs
  • Execute on important strategic initiatives or drive operational scale and efficiency
  • Work with accounting team on month end close, while managing the general ledger and chart of accounts
  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Oversee payroll and benefits
  • Manage recruiting, hiring, onboarding, offboarding
  • Lead performance review cycles and employee engagement

What You’ll Do

  • You are outgoing, a self-starter, inclined to be curious and imaginative, unafraid to ask questions and a propensity towards finding solutions
  • You have 2+ years of experience in a finance, business operations, or talent role at a fast-growing company and/or experience at a management consulting
  • You have outstanding communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • You are generalist, comfortable with quickly adapting to new business priorities and switching contexts
