Truleo is seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to help us design, build and scale our core application across law enforcement. The ideal candidate is a self starter, collaborative, efficient and cutting edge. As our first full time design hire, you will report directly to our VP of Product and work closely with her to grow the foundation of Truleo’s design system, drive the product design process, and play a critical role in solving the most important problems for our users.

What You’ll Do

  • Help execute and deliver the end-to-end product design for our core application
  • Own and organize Figma files
  • Perform internal and external user research to understand customer needs and gaps
  • Work closely with our VP of Product and engineering team to develop solutions that are best tailored to our customers
  • Design and manage collateral and website content and graphics

Who You Are

  • You are outgoing, a self-starter, inclined to be curious and imaginative, unafraid to ask questions and a propensity towards finding solutions
  • 4+ years of relevant industry experience in a Product Design, Interaction Design, or UX Design role
  • You are excited to be the first full time designer on a small and nimble team
  • You are proficient in Figma, Wix and other relevant graphic design software
  • You have outstanding communication, presentation, and organizational skills
